The Kopano Conference was a yearly recurring event for 100+ partners and employees, and was held at a different location each year.
Kopano needed a website where partners could see important event data, such as location, date, ticket prices, and the program. The site needed to get visitors excited for the coming event. There also needed to be a subscription form that visitors could use to book a ticket. It needed to be a simple site that could be updated easily and constructed quickly before a strict deadline.
I created a mini-site in WordPress with strong focus on clearly communicating the event details first, and a secondary objective of getting visitors excited for the event. I also added a custom javascript gallery with pictures from the previous year.
